Review of Alex Rider:Scorpia Rising
Alex Rider:Scorpia Rising is probably my favorite book in the series. It's also the last book. My first reason for why I enjoyed this book is that this book is the first book in the series to feature chapters from the villain's perspective. This just makes the book seem refreshing after the previous 8 books were all from the main character's perspective. Since we get the villain's perspective, It allows for move character development. The reader can understand why he does what he does. Also [SPOILER ALERT] His caregiver, Jack, is killed. This brings a more emotional story and gives the reader a sadder tone that we really haven't felt since the first book. Overall, I would give Scorpia Rising a 4.5 out of 5.

Blood of Olympus: Brief Non- Spoiler review
Overall Rating: 4.2/5
Why did I give this rating:
Overall while the book was well written with a good story, I left feeling empty and disappointed. Perhaps this was because the book was over hyped. If this was a regular book I would have been satisfied, but this book is a Rick Riordan novel and with that I expected more. Also, we need to keep in mind this book was the ending to the entire Greek and Roman Saga. Along with this, we also have to consider The Last Olympian, probably one of the greatest books of all time.Blood of Olympus failed to actually raise the bar from The Last Olympian unfortunately, and with the significance of this book, it have been better.

SPOILER ALERT: Please do not read this if you have not read House of Hades
After reading the fourth installment in the Heroes of Olympus series, House of Hades, fans like me are anticipating the fifth and final book in the series, Blood of Olympus. While I am exited for the fifth and final book, I am also saddened at the same time because this book is the last novel that will contain the same characters the same story line. Basically, this book ends my favorite series that I have been reading from my childhood. With that said, lets discuss Blood of Olympus. Now, finally at the end of House of Hades, the whole team, Jason, Piper, Leo, Percy, Frank and Hazel, are finally united for the their last battle. Here are my predictions for what may happen: I can predict that in the book, the 7 members of the team will have to stop Gaea from awakening, rather than fight her themselves. This means that they will be fighting an army of giants, because they are in service to Gaea, rather than Gaea herself. We also need to keep in mind that Leo swore on the river of Styx that he would return for Calypso, I think this will be interesting to see how it will play out. Meanwhile with Camp Half - Blood and Camp Jupiter, we can expect a war to come soon, but we can also expect that at last minute, war will be avoided and there will be peace among both camps. And finally, we can also assume that Leo will begin to make several upgrades to the Argo II.
Overall, I believe that this final book will be excellent, as all of its predecessors were.
Blood of Olympus comes out tomorrow (October,7).
